- Do you have a dollar minimum?
- No, we have no dollar minimums. Depending on the item you are purchasing, pricing and minimum quantities are stated in the online catalog. We do have a $5.00 handling fee per order, and a shipping fee, which is based on weight and distance.
- Do you have a printed catalog that can be mailed out?
- Our catalog is all online with pricing. We can mail out a price list, but we no longer have our catalog in print.
- Do you send out samples of your products?
- Yes, if available. We ask the customer to pay for the shipping with Visa or MasterCard, which is done usually through USPS Priority, unless another option is requested.
- How long does it take to process orders?
- We usually ship within 1-2 business days. If there is an item that is out of stock, we will tell you when you place your order, with an estimated lead time of when that item will be back in stock.
- How do you ship orders?
- We ship most orders through Ground UPS, depending on the weight. Our customer service representatives will help you in choosing the least expensive shipping option. We do USPS for lightweight packages.
- Will my order arrive undamaged?
- Our shipping department is very experienced in packing all the items we ship. We have had a 12 year relationship with UPS, know how they handle our packages, and packed them accordingly. If there is a problem, feel free to contact us.
- What are my payment options?
- We take Visa or MasterCard. You can also prepay an order with bank check or money order. This will take longer to process, and we must receive the funds before shipping your order.
- Do you give volume pricing?
- Yes. Simply ask our customer service representatives for volume pricing.
- How easy is it to place an order over the telephone?
- Our customer service representatives are available Monday thru Friday, from 9am to 5pm EST. We answer all calls and will assist you in every way we can. It is our goal to make sure you are purchasing the exact items you want or need. Calls received after 5pm EST will be returned the next business day.
- What is your return policy?
All orders should be checked upon delivery for accuracy and damage. Please contact us within 7 business days if there is a problem. You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Items have to be returned exactly the same way they were shipped. We do not refund shipping and handling fees.
